Fox Sports: What It Shows
A plain-English guide to Fox Sports: the sports it covers, what it is known for, and how to find its games on Fawa News.
What is Fox Sports
Fox Sports is a sports network best known in the United States. It is the sports arm of the Fox broadcasting family, and its biggest nights are built around American football. If you watch the NFL on Sundays, you have almost certainly watched it on Fox Sports.
The NFL is the centerpiece: weekly games through the season and a share of the biggest playoff nights. Fox Sports has also carried football in several regions, including major international tournaments, plus baseball, racing and other sports in the US. The exact lineup changes by country and by season as rights move.
As with every broadcaster, rights vary by region. Always check the official Fox Sports schedule for your country, and use the Fawa News agenda to find the actual game you want to watch, with the start time in your local time zone. Fox Sports also runs pre game and post game shows around its biggest events, so fans get analysis before kickoff and reaction after the final whistle.
