La Liga Live Streams & Schedule
Spanish football in one place. La Liga kickoff times, the full schedule, and live stream links on each match page.
What is La Liga?
La Liga is the top division of football in Spain. It is one of the great leagues of world football, famous for technical play, packed stadiums, and some of the most famous clubs on earth. Fans across the globe check the La Liga schedule every week for kickoff times and live streams.
Twenty clubs play in La Liga. Each club plays every other club twice, home and away, for 38 games a season. Three points for a win, one for a draw. The club top of the table at the end is the champion of Spain. The bottom three clubs are relegated to the division below.
The season runs from late summer to spring. Most rounds are played on weekends, with matches spread from Friday to Monday so fans can follow several games. El Clasico, the meeting of Real Madrid and Barcelona, is the fixture the whole football world stops for.

La Liga format and season
Twenty teams, one table, 38 rounds. Every team plays each other home and away. The title race often goes down to the final weeks, and the fight to avoid relegation is just as tense.
The bottom three teams drop to the second division at the end of the season. Three clubs come up to replace them. This keeps the table alive from top to bottom.
Kickoff times in Spain run late by northern European standards. Evening matches often start at 9 pm local time. Check the event page on Fawa News for the kickoff time in your own zone.
